🛒 Returns Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 24 hours of delivery.

Items must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.

Perishable items (e.g., fruits, vegetables, dairy) are not returnable, unless delivered damaged or expired.
📸 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive damaged or incorrect items, notify us within 12 hours of delivery.

Share clear photos/videos as evidence via WhatsApp or email.

Once verified, we’ll issue a refund or replacement.
💰 Refund Method

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

For COD orders, we may issue a UPI refund or store credit.
