At GoGro.in, we are committed to delivering your grocery essentials fresh, fast, and on time. Please review our shipping policy to understand how we manage deliveries.

📍 Serviceable Locations

Currently, we deliver within select areas of Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
We are continuously expanding, so stay tuned for updates on coverage.

⏱️ Delivery Timelines

Same-Day Delivery: Orders placed before 6:00 PM will be delivered on the same day, subject to item availability.
Next-Day Delivery: Orders placed after 7:00 PM may be delivered the next day.
Delivery hours: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM (Monday to Saturday).

💸 Shipping Charges

FREE delivery on orders ₹499 or above.
For orders below ₹499, a nominal ₹30 delivery fee applies.

📦 Order Handling

Orders are packed with proper hygiene and care, ensuring freshness and safety.
We strive to deliver as per the committed time slots. Delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.

🚪 Missed Deliveries

If no one is available at the address, our team will attempt to contact you.
If unreachable, we may reschedule delivery once at no extra charge.
After the second attempt, the order may be cancelled with partial or no refund (especially for perishables).

❌ Non-Deliverable Orders

We reserve the right to cancel or delay delivery in the following cases:

Incorrect or incomplete address
Delivery location not within our coverage
Repeated failed delivery attempts

📲 Live Order Updates

You will receive SMS/WhatsApp/email notifications when your order is:
- Confirmed
- Out for delivery
- Delivered

🥦 Perishables and Fresh Items

We give highest priority to perishable items (vegetables, dairy, etc.).
If we are unable to deliver fresh items on time, we will issue a refund or replace them on the next delivery.
